This is for your health and safety and that of our staff. We kindly request that you read and adhere to them so that we can all safely enjoy this unique Into The Wild offering.

Our Procedures & Policy:

  • Our tables and chairs will be cleaned and sanitised between every event. 

  • The kitchen and prep areas are regularly monitored and cleaned. Staff are allocated specific roles and shifts to manage their overlap. We have reduced the number of surfaces touched by both staff and guests. 

  • Any staff who show signs of Covid-19 symptoms will go into isolation immediately. 

  • As much as possible events will be outside, partially outside or undercover but with open sides to the marquee. 

  • All payments are cashless. 

  • We will keep a record of all guests for 21 days to enable track and trace should it be required of us.

We need you to:

  • Keep 1 metre plus away from all non-family members at all times If you are accompanied by children, you are responsible for supervising them at all times and should follow social distancing guidelines.

  • Use hand sanitiser before entering the site.

  • If using the loos please make sure you sanitise your hands before entering the loos where possible with the sanitiser provided. Wash your hands and sanitise them after toilet use, and wash hands regularly while on site.

  • Be mindful of others anywhere on site and keep your distance at all times from staff and non-family members.

  • For safari and campfire events ensure that members of your booking are limited to members of any two households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most six people from any number of households.

  • Let us know in advance of any changes to your guests and if you or any of your party show Covid-19 symptoms we kindly ask that you postpone your booking.

  • Please drive slowly on site.
